@ViciDraco Putin is surrounded by sycophants who tell him what he wants to hear. That kind of setup makes it impossible for him to know the truth as giving him bad news could be fatal to the news bearer. Biden has no such restrictions. If Putin had known how badly prepared the Russian military was, he never would have invaded.
