Was Brittany Griner set up by the Russians?
Was she stupid enough to bring cannabis to Russia (or did she, as a professional athlete, use it for pain) or did the Russians plant it in her luggage?

When you go to another country you have to know the laws and be respectful. If "she" "forgot" that she brought drugs on the plane into Russia where the laws are different, she has to do the time, there. She is disgracing the USA. Shameful!
I presume she used it for personal use .. its not like she was dealing or smuggling it .. i guess its legal in her area but not there .. they should have just fined her or warned her but i guess they wanna be total buttheads about it ..
I should think she, having traveled around the world, would know better than to bring a controlled substance into a foreign country. Ergo, my vote is that the Russians planted it in her luggage.
