Russian ruble is back up to where it was before sanctions. And it seems Germany will comply with Russia's request to pay in rubles. Russia also says

It doesn't need western technology. They will make their own semiconductors. Doesn't look like sanctions worked as well as the US thought.

lol. Manipulated figures. From 149 000 trades in Ruble per day till around 100 per day. Currently outside of Russia you can't buy anything from it, so as an international currency it is worthless. We're back at the Cold War era - Warsaw Pact currencies were essentially non-transferable to "hard currency", or only a very limited volume to stop de-valuating these "soft currencies" to oblivion. This limits trade between the two blocks to the minimum, while today there is a "3rd party", China. Still, we don't see any large volume of trades appearing in that direction either. where can you trade rubles? Ebay, you can sell them as collectables 😂People love saying the ruble is doing fine. What can you buy with a ruble internationally, thats how you measure the value of a currency. Buy how many people are willing to accept it. Use your brains
