International and human rights bodies, including the United Nations and the International Criminal Court (ICC), have accused Palestinian armed groups—primarily Hamas and its paramilitary wing, the al-Qassam Brigades—of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity
According to reports by the UN, international human rights organizations, and ICC investigations, Palestinian militant groups have been accused of the following violations of international humanitarian law:
• Intentional Targeting of Civilians: Deliberate killings, massacres, and physical violence directed at civilians, notably October 7, 2023, attacks in southern Israel.
• Hostage-Taking: The abduction and holding of civilians and soldiers as hostages during hostilities.
• Indiscriminate Attacks: Launching thousands of unguided rockets from populated civilian areas toward civilian population centers in Israel.
• Sexual and Gender-Based Violence: Documented instances of rape and sexual abuse during the October 7 attacks and in captivity.
• Mistreatment of Prisoners: The killing, torture, or maltreatment of captured combatants and prisoners of war.
• Use of Human Shields: Locating military infrastructure, fighters, or rocket-launching sites within or near densely populated civilian structures.
• Pillaging: The looting of property from civilian communities during raids.

@pdockal congratulations. If you truly believe every citizen, man, woman, child, baby in Gaza and the Westbank, is a terrorist, you have successfully fallen for Israel's propaganda. For the record: I do realize there are terrorists in those areas and I don't support those. I'm all for targeted attacks against those people, but against killing anything that moves.

@pdockal is that a description of Israel? Because I'm very well aware how effective their propaganda is on their own population and the entire world. The hate of Palestinians who dare to defend themselves against Israeli occupation is indeed well ingrained, much more so than what Hamas wants Palestinians to believe.
But you're right, no need for any further discussion. You refuse to acknowledge what Israel is actually doing and how the actions of a small group with little support in their own country is different than those of a nation with global support. We're not going to get anywhere if you're unwilling to face facts and only want to parrot the narrative of one side.

Free Palestine...from Hamas.
@Rabscuttle I support the civilians, not the leadership. It's baffling to me how many people can't differentiate between that, or believe killing the population solves the issues with their government.

@NerdyPotato
What government ????
Who chants death to Israel ?????
Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ): In contrast, the founding charters of militant groups like Hamas historically called for the complete destruction of Israel. While Hamas updated its political document to state it would accept a Palestinian state along the 1967 borders, it still refuses to officially recognize Israel's right to exist

@pdockal if Israel takes out Hamas and leaves the rest of the population alone, I have no problem with that. My issue is with mass killing people who have nothing to do with the attacks, refusal to recognize Israel or wishing death on Israeli citizens. It's that simple.

oh sure. how would you go about enacting this brilliant plan?

How am I supposed to do that??
I can’t free myself from social events I’m too polite to say no to.
Never mind a country.

Eradicating terrorists is not genocide. It is a public service.
@MasterLee correct, but Israel doesn't stop at killing terrorists. If you try to kill an entire population hoping you'll catch a few terrorists in the mix, the terrorists are just an excuse. Israel is among the best in intelligence and tactics when it comes to targeted operations. If anyone can take out Hamas with only a tenth of civilian casualties instead of a tenfold, it's them. They're obviously simply not trying to.

Isn't that one of the 8 wars that Donald Trump claims to have ended?

There is no such place. You mean Gaza? West Bank?
There is no such place called "Palestine" on any poltical map or territory.

@InterdimensionalSideEye indeed
@InterdimensionalSideEye two wrongs don't make a right. You can oppose two genocides at the same time.

You're a good person, don't ever doubt that. 🤗
As for this guy here, I won't bother responding to him because he has no morals, making fun of special needs kids and justifying war crimes and stuff like that. He is irredeemable.
