I never lived in the States so I'm biased towards Canada. I do like the idea of getting hurt or sick and not having to pay for it though.

@JimboSaturn we do have health and dental insurance in the states. Instead of paying a couple thousand or what ever u will still have a couple hundred to pay or what ever. That is still a lot better then paying the full amount
