These people who are directly channeling Trumpism in Australia could one day be in charge of the country

People seem to forget that one of the main reasons why Donald Trump became the U.S. president was due to the fact that the alternative on offer wasn't much of an alternative at all. In Australia, the politicians we now have are, to put it mildly, utterly uninspiring and untrustworthy, so I can understand why there are many who are now willing to take a chance and to trust a party that has never held office before. I guess this should be seen as an indicator of just how desperate people have become. Can you blame them?
