I don't think you have a national ID card in Australia yet?
I presume you are referring to the requirement to provide age identification to access certain internet services. I'm not sure how you get from there to "social credit scoring".

@SunshineGirl Back in the 1980's the very first attempt at a national ID card - The Australia Card - was proposed and public outrage caused it be quietly abolished. There have been a few proposals for a national ID scheme since. The big push now is on to try and make full digital ID mandatory for accessing any federal government service and most state governments are already using various digital ID systems for things like licensing.
Social credit scoring would link with fully programmable digital currency systems to allow government and third parties to decide what you are allowed to buy and have access to.
