And in addition , new stats out showing that repeated infections with covid increase your chances (statistically) of dying from something unconnected later. In fairness, the question of whether repeat bouts of Covid weakens your general health,or people with poorer general health tend to get repeated Covid infections is still open. But either way, keep those vaccines on and masks handy.😷

Given the vaxes have reduced ones immunity and thus opening the floodgates for all kinds of infections. The only people I know who have had covid more than once are all fully vaxed. I was going to meet with a vaxed friend of mine yesterday but he was sick with covid - AGAIN!. He tried to convince me that the vax was a good thing shortly after they came out. We haven't talked about it since but I wonder how he feels now with his 3rd go round with covid.

Which would be easier to bear if they had given Nurses and Carers the $9 an hour pay raise that was promised.
