The Trumpization of the Republican party combined with the giant push toward liberalism / wokeism was the beginning of the end, I think. It has created division and polarization that may never be resolved. We have a couple generations raised more so by a leftist education system instead of parents with common sense and a work ethic. We are more vulnerable as a society than I recall in my lifetime.
