Many! Far too many to reduce to one.
Some favourite composers:
Bach, Telemann, Händel, Corelli, Brahms, Mahler, Prokofiev, Shostakovich, Rachmaninov, Poulenc, Fauré, Ravel, Debussy.
I’m sure I’ve missed some!

It depends on my mood, ranging from Ravel's "Bolero" to Pachelbel's "Canon in D Major". Sibelius's "Finlandia" and Beethoven's "Ode to Joy" from his Ninth Symphony are two of my favorites.

I sure do!! I love the Baroque period so Bach is my favourite. As far as a piece of music is concerned. I have a soft spot for Gabriel Fauré's Requiem. It always makes me feel sad and relaxed.

@caesar7 They do! Early Genesis was so good. Trick of the Tail comes to mind. When I was a teenager I studied baroque music quite seriously as a performer. I love it so much, and it is so underrated. I have also discovered certain genres of jazz that are amazing, including Brad Mehldau and Avishai Cohen (the bassist - there are two)

@Adeptlinguist Are you a bass player? Double bass was my music major when I studied music in college. I became part of the Youth Symphony Orchestra where I appreciated the classics. My favorite course was Music Appreciation where we would break down a composition and analyze it. I remember being in awe at how this music could be created back then. Notation was like mathematics to me. It is so intricate, and complex that I wondered what gift of God or this enlightenment that these composers possessed. Truly amazing!!

@caesar7 Recorder was my first instrument. So Telemann was an obvious favourite.
