Why is the Governor of Florida allowing this to happen?

CHINA is buying 1400 acres of land in Florida, and is bringing in a large population of very sickly monkeys.

I think the import of these monkeys would have to be under very tight scrutiny if allowed. Someone needs to question why this is not being done in China.
