Question for conservatives who support the Florida parental rights bill

Given the language of the bill, how should a teacher answer a question from a first grade student about why Billy has two dads and no mom?

Does the teacher just say they can't talk about that? Is that the kind of censorship you really want in our schools?

This is why their claims to support "free speech" are so bogus. If teachers don’t discuss our country’s racist past, so white students won’t feel guilty (why should they ? They weren’t responsible) and we can pretend it didn’t happen. And if teachers avoid any mention of LGBT individuals, we can pretend they don’t exist. 😞
