Question for conservatives who support the Florida parental rights bill

Given the language of the bill, how should a teacher answer a question from a first grade student about why Billy has two dads and no mom?

Does the teacher just say they can't talk about that? Is that the kind of censorship you really want in our schools?

I'll say this. Both parties are about control over others.

It only happens that republicans want far more control over others than the democrats. Control over money of others and control over beliefs of others, it's all about control of others.

@DeWayfarer
Republicans want to put control back in the hands of parents and take control away from agents of the state, i.e., teacher.

Remember that Hillary said, "it takes a village to raise a child?"

That's about liberal indoctrination to hand over power to the state.

@HoraceGreenley false! You ARE controlling beliefs. And that is current tense.
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@DeWayfarer As a Conservative, I'm better versed in what Republican want than you are. You have an obstructed view.

@HoraceGreenley having grown up around CONTROLLING republicans I know far more about them than you!

@DeWayfarer Where did that happen?
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M

@DeWayfarer Nice! An oasis of sanity in an insane state.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@HoraceGreenley Insane insanity on all sides! Just one side happens to be worse than the other!

@DeWayfarer So why are people leaving San Francisco in droves?
ViciDraco · 36-40, M
@HoraceGreenley you understand how gentrification works, yes? Places people want to live get too expensive to live. So people with money start buying up cheap run down areas and building them up into the next new nice area.

@HoraceGreenley read your out of date statistics again siince it's now a Biden administration!

It's ironic the ones that actually moved have moved back and are fighting the democrats! That's why the party is stronger now in Anaheim than ever before.

Heck they just held a party convention in Anaheim!
