Here is 800 or 900 ft. Since it's close to the Valley of Redding which is 450ft.
Actually to think of it. Redding and my town is a Weird Illusion since driving to Redding doesn't seem like you're going up Hill but you are. Just inch by inch.
The funny part is Redding's chance of Getting snow is more than any cities and towns in the Valley along with other counties that are less likely.

About 1,100 feet. A nearby airport posts an elevation of 1096.3 feet, and since rainwater tends to tun off towards that direction we must be a tiny bit higher.
