Jesus Christ has no advantage over Genghis Khan. Because if you are strong enough, ruthless enough, powerful enough, evil will overcome good

Reminds me of the line from that famous film about political philosophy—Spaceballs.

So Bibi was trying to twist Will and Ariel Durant's 1968 observation to suit his need to justify pre-emptive war:

«Nature and history do not agree with our conceptions of good and bad; they define good as that which survives, and bad as that which goes under; and the universe has no prejudice in favour of Christ as against Genghis Khan»

@Miram I can see how Jesus represents the defeated good. But it feels more like a defeat born from within. The disregard for others. Hatred of certain types of others. Corruption of authorities. Corruption of entire branches of the faith. These are not things done by a brutal, ruthless opponent but rather through the soft acceptance of wickedness from within.

Yea that sounds like post hoc justification for atrocity

In the battle of good and evil, most people are neutral. And that works to evil's advantage.
