is the belief in solipsism anti -christian?

Adstar · 56-60, M
Solipsism = the view or theory that the self is all that can be known to exist.

That is anti-Christianity.. God himself can make His existence known to a person.. His Holy Spirit works on people every day..
@Adstar do you know this or just believe it?

@Zenbra God has made His existence known to me.. So yes i know this from personal experience.. I was shown the future.. instances of my own future that came perfectly true.. On multiple occasions.. And not only personal prophetic dreams but also teaching dreams and actual prophecy dream of a future event.. The volcano Thera shall be leveled.. The Island of Santorini is on the top of Thera. It is a very exclusive Greek island for tourists..

Yes, i would say it would be seeing that charity is the greatest virtue.

Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.
Philippians 2:3
@Random3838 an interesting topic true.Although I don't see it as selfish at all. I think as a philosophy it doesent go against any religion?

@Zenbra well, according to your definition, self is the only thing that can be known and verified. This is the debatable part. Because in Christianity, we have verifiable proof of the existence of God which is outside of our self. But then the skeptic would say that is based on belief. Thus the debate.

On the other hand, it would also depend on what someone thinks known and verified means.
@Random3838 I believe in God , and the existence of God but I don't believe that its verifiable. I don't believe in the definition of it being selfish but rather in the existence of self. Yes, it's debatable, but also quiet clearly possible.
I daresay God is a solipsist.
