Anybody love God but not attendting church at moment?

I been listing to a local church service, though.
And am thinking about attending
I messaged the pastor and may arrange a phone call, he suggest that in email.
I liked what I heard.
I stopped attending one because, I'm not one who likes politics preached from the pulpit.
I don't mean relevant to scripture, but pure endorsement.
Maybe, I am a dinosaur and that scruple doesn't exist anymore?
I go to church to worship God not man.

On the whole, I've always considered myself to be more philosophical than religious.

I have read the Holy Bible a couple of times in my life and memorized most, if not all of the chapters verses and so-forth.

I've learned bits and pieces about how each and every religion differs from one-another and have been to church once or twice in my life, mainly for a few weddings and at least one funeral.

But I don't consider myself to be a devout believer in God.

@Sidewinder And you made a respectful answer and I hope I have always been respectful towards you.
I do not push my beliefs on people seems pointless.
People ask I may discuss it with them.
They scoff I stop, because, I am not going to fight with anyone.
It is basic manners in my book.
So,thank you for that.
