This question comes from my reading of Ezekiel 27, how the king of Tyre also represents Satan and kind of depicts the tragedy of the whole situation. Anyone have any thoughts on this in general?

@MasterLee Clearly they are not the same. Read your own words they contradict each other. God is not present in hell and that's what your words say. You said because of his presence in hell.
