Does God Love Satan?

This question comes from my reading of Ezekiel 27, how the king of Tyre also represents Satan and kind of depicts the tragedy of the whole situation. Anyone have any thoughts on this in general?

That makes absolutely no sense, because God is not present in hell. The Bible says so.
