@RubiesandButterflies You know, usually when someone has abducted a child, they're not going to let them come back or let them go, because they know they would squeal and then they would be caught, so usually they either keep them a long time or they kill them. It's never an in between because they don't want to be caught, so God really did a miraculous thing here. We can't thank Him enough.
@BritishFailedAesthetic Thank you brother, and thank you so much for your encouragement and steadfast faith, holding on with me in faith. That meant everything and it always will. ❤️🤗
And God bless those homeless people who showed kindness to her and protected her.
I can't help thinking about how she might get a less hospitable reception if she knocked on the door of a suburban home, crying and disoriented. (I think of the meteorologist on the Texas TV station who said on the air, a few months ago, that if a stranger knocks on his door, he grabs his gun. Other incidents that have been in the news come to mind as well.)
And I think of how easy and convenient it is for many people, including myself, to not think of the plight of the homeless, and to rationalize our apathy by denigrating them in our minds. But these are the very people of whom Jesus said
"Blessed are the poor."
The Hebrew word would be anawim -- the lowly.
I see God at work here on many different levels. He did not just save Zoe. He gave a prophetic message as well.
@DrWatson I'm sure she will and I could not have said it better than you. Thank you for your lovely and kind sentiments of well wishes and encouragement. I wish everyone thought like you and would follow that pattern. I'm sure you're right about all you have said. I could not agree more and thank you for all of that and for your prayers. I could not be more grateful. We should all take a lesson from what you said, take your wise advice, and be more kind and loving to each other and reach out to each other and help each other whenever we can. God bless you.
My goodness! I just saw this and the other post. I’m really happy to hear she’s been found and safe. I hope she’s doing well after all she has been through.. ❤️❤️❤️
@LadyGraceThat is probably the best she can do after what she went through. I hope they caught/catch whoever took her so that she gets justice and they don’t do it again to anyone.
@Dayman343 I'm glad you submitted that, because when you have your facts wrong, you'll never understand that Jesus didn't have to suffer and die on the cross to save our souls, but the fact is, He did.... He even volunteered to pay our sin debt on the cross. I'm sorry you didn't take Him up on His free offer. But that just shows us how much God loves us and how precious we are to Him, that even though He knew full well, He would lose some souls, He came anyway and He would have come if you had been the only one on earth... just to save you. You are the one that has rejected Him... not the other way around. Nobody forced the human race, nor you, to sin. We do that on our own. That makes our sins our responsibility. We cannot enter Heaven with our sins on our heels. Now that you know that, you won't be able to use the excuse before God, that you didn't know. I don't think you understand the magnitude of your position. You're ignoring the need for your own soul to be saved. And what's more, your ungrateful for the sacrifice that Jesus made for you on the cross.
What strange reasoning you have, that Jesus sacrificed His own life to save us from our sins, evil, and hell, but then He wants to turn around and bring us evil and send us to hell. Yep.... that really makes sense. 🙄 That type reasoning, will not give you eternal life in heaven. Here Jesus wants to give you a free ticket to heaven by forgiving you of your sins, if you will allow Him, but here you are saying, "Nope! I want no part of you, God. I don't even believe in you." And you've mocked him, to boot! Then to top it off, you have committed blasphemy.
The Bible says that on Judgment Day every single person in the world will stand before Him and Jesus is going to address each one, with this question: "You had the chance to receive forgiveness for your sins and allow me to save your soul from hell. What did you do about it?" Of course your answer will have to be "Nothing." Mr. Dayman, you blew your chance. Was that because of pride or stubborness....unwilling to learn? Did you really know it all? Did you give Jesus a chance? That will not be His fault. That will be yours. I think it would serve you well to give this a second thought, while you still can, because once you cross over, know that you will not be able to change your mind. You will have sent yourself to hell. And what was worth that? Eternity is an awfully long time to get it wrong. I hope you're smarter than that.
God is amazing! 🙂🙂🙂🙂 This is such good news 🙂🙂🙂 I am so happy for you and the entire family. 🤗💝💝💝💝💝🤗 I hope when she calms down she can tell the police who abducted her and they can spend the rest of their life in prison.
@Musicman The police know who did it. I don't know anything else, or how she got away but right now I just want to celebrate her escape by God's help and not think of other things right now. I just want to give God all the praise as He certainly deserves it.
