Proof that God is Real, He Answers Prayers, and He Is a Miracle Worker - Our Zoe has been found after five days!!!!

If you missed my post this morning, here it is again, so you will know why me and my family are rejoicing tonight!

https://similarworlds.com/christianity/believe-in-god/5014876-Me-and-my-family-ask-for-your-prayers-for-my-granddaughter

So many prayers went up for my granddaughter, everywhere, even on Facebook. I cannot thank you enough, those who prayed for my granddaughters safe return.

Praise God!!! I cannot thank Him enough. All Glory goes to God! My daughter's son, Lucas, found Zoe!! Lucas and his wife were going down North Broadway in St Louis, Missouri, just checking to see if they could find Zoe amongst the homeless people or anyone that might have seen her, and some homeless people had found her last night, crying and disoriented, and they took her in for safety and let her stay with them. I had prayed that God would give her a way of escape from her kidnapper. I don’t have a lot of details, as I just found this out myself, but she’s safe and she’s alive, so we’re thanking God for that!!! Prayer works and God is so good and merciful! Thank you, God. I am forever grateful. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🤗🤗🤗

Alleluia!

I am so happy and relieved for all of you.

And God bless those homeless people who showed kindness to her and protected her.

I can't help thinking about how she might get a less hospitable reception if she knocked on the door of a suburban home, crying and disoriented. (I think of the meteorologist on the Texas TV station who said on the air, a few months ago, that if a stranger knocks on his door, he grabs his gun. Other incidents that have been in the news come to mind as well.)

And I think of how easy and convenient it is for many people, including myself, to not think of the plight of the homeless, and to rationalize our apathy by denigrating them in our minds. But these are the very people of whom Jesus said

"Blessed are the poor."

The Hebrew word would be anawim -- the lowly.

I see God at work here on many different levels. He did not just save Zoe. He gave a prophetic message as well.

I pray that Zoe finds healing after this trauma.
@DrWatson I'm sure she will and I could not have said it better than you. Thank you for your lovely and kind sentiments of well wishes and encouragement. I wish everyone thought like you and would follow that pattern. I'm sure you're right about all you have said. I could not agree more and thank you for all of that and for your prayers. I could not be more grateful. We should all take a lesson from what you said, take your wise advice, and be more kind and loving to each other and reach out to each other and help each other whenever we can. God bless you.
