No but I read about guy who said he could play piano. He was invited to play for the board of govenors (or something like that) and next thing he was Googling least painful way to break your fingers.

Not lying, exaggerating hell yeah. That’s how I now ended up in finance on manager level, even though I just have a highschool diploma in administration, and I’m still learning every day.

The best advice someone ever wrote somewhere was to apply for a job you have about 60-70% of the qualifications and skills for, and you learn the rest on the job. That’s also how you get to grow. A job you already know how to do entirely won’t teach you much.

I think I might have said my German was better than it really was but it was irrelevant because it wasn't important to most companies I applied to anyway.
