I finally photographed this bird after months of trying
I originally thought is was a Barred Cuckoo Shrike but changed my mind. Barred Cuckoo Shrikes have a yellow ring around their eyes. This one does not. So further investigation leads me to believe this is a juvenile female Cicada Bird.

Emerald Cuckoo?I think its certainly a Cuckoo,its eating a large caterpillar. Also see its feet.Two toes pointing forward,like Owls and Woodpeckers. You might be confusing with Cuckoo-Shrikes which are not related to Cuckoos. Where was this taken?
