Starling. Get some baby food. chicken and veggies, things that seem nutritious. Feed with an eye dropper, BUT, BUT, pay attention while feeding with an eye dropper.
When you squeeze the food into the birds gullet, MAKE SURE to keep pressure on the bulb until you have removed it from the birds throat. If you release the bulb while the dropper tip is still in the bird's throat it will cause damage to the little bird.
We thought we were rescuing one, took him/her to a wildlife sanctuary, in the spring... Turned out, they are supposed to jump out of the nest and Mama is always close by. So, we took him/her back :)
