Nothing good happens to me

I saved a dog from abuse. I bought food for the homeless.
I did lots of nice things for people, but nothing good happens to me.

Doing bad increases odds of an unhappy existence, but doing good has little to do with whether good things happening to you.

Good things are more likely to happen when we position ourselves to embrace when good opportunities are presented. That follow through welcomes more opportunities.
If you're in a position to be able to rescue a dog and buy food for the homeless,
then you are already in a good situation.
Sometimes good things happen to us by chance,
but mostly we earn good things via our choices and actions.
What specific good things would you like?

Did you do things for other people in the expectation that good things would be done for you?

You appear to be looking for reward.

And who knows what is "good" anyway?

You might have the wrong idea.
[c=000000]STOP[/c] doing good to receive good.

Make it a habit to do good regardless.

You need to read the Satanic Bible.

Welcome to the real world 😉
Were you doing those things with an expectation of reward?

@LordShadowfire All our deeds are selfish except natural deeds of nature like the shining of the sun or the falling of rain.

@LordShadowfire i did good things in my life. I did it without wanting a reward. But now i want people to ser the good in me

@LordShadowfire Meh.. I don’t believe in true altruism either, but there’s a tremendous difference between someone being aware of self and effects on self when you attempt to do a positive thing vs. selfishness, which is a destructive disregard for others
Why? Do you believe in karma?
