That said, think it through. If it’s a thing you’re going through, the other side will come soon enough, and the fact that you’re talking about it online suggests you’d rather talk about it than do it. That’s a good thing.
Secondly, be very very aware that the human body can survive a great deal of punishment, but survival doesn’t mean no consequences.
