Ghandi will return as an enlightened billionaire? Or just a carefree commoner. Do you get it. So hitler will be reincarnated into a life of suffering whereas trump not determined yet, but he will get just desserts. Furthermore reincarnation is every 3 7 or 21 generations in all instances.
