You won't. You seem like a good person actually. No God would throw little pieces of himself into fire to burn forever. Remember God breathed into the lungs of man and he became a living soul. God isn't going to toss his breath, his soul fragments into a place of torture. Also God is supposed to have unconditional love. Punishing people for a finite offense is not unconditional. Also I don't know your particular religion but I assume it's one of the Abrahamic faiths. So if you believe in Jesus for example remember he died for ALL sin from ALL humanity. If people are still going to hell then he failed and I don't think people would say that. Thus he succeeded. Also people that have near death experiences as he well as studies show that even ones that start out as hell like or negative resolve into a positive experience after a while. The rarest ones are negative ones that don't resolve. But that could simply be because the person may have been brought back before it could become positive.
But with everything take stuff with a grain of salt cause you never know what a person who has had an NDE what their agenda is. They could very well lie about it all. But in all things follow the ones and any scriptures from any faith that promotes peace and love. That will never steer you wrong. But fear hate and despair will lead a person astray. So follow the former and try not to worry. Cause you seem like a good one.

@canusernamebemyusername Thanks man. I needed to hear that.
@Matt85 You are welcome. Tbh in the bible at least, there are four things that get translated into the modern idea of hell.
Those are Sheol and Gehenna in the Old Testament. And Hades and Tartarus in the New Testament.
Sheol in Hebrew simply meant the grave. Like as in being buried in the ground. Gehenna was a literal landfill where they dumped and burned trash and maybe even used as a mass grave. Hades is the name of the Greek god of the underworld/afterlife which was split into Elysium and Tartarus. So Hades wasn't a place either. Only the word Tartarus would be close to the modern hell as a place of torture.
But when you read the verse it is only a place for the rebel angels, not humans. And the word Tartarus only appears that one time in 2 Peter 2:4.
And even in that case the Tartarus hell didn't exist until the Greeks invented it around 400 BC. Then later Christianity picks Tartarus up from the Greeks as a place that would become the modern hell.
The best advice I can give is if something scares you, study it. Learn all you can from multiple sources. Knowledge is power and knowledge can give you power over what you fear many times.
