Does anyone know anything about Numerology?

Neither. God is not for depending on numbers or stars or the heavens to interpret good fortune or fate. There are 97 Bible verses about numerology and how God is against it. He says not to practice divination or teleportions or interpret Omens or go to a sorcerer or a charmer or a medium or one who inquires of the Dead because these are an Abomination to the Lord. Deuteronomy 18:10-12

Most of what is called Numerology is people focusing on numerical coincidences and because they highlight these coincidences they develop the impression that examples of instances that show a numeral synergy is happening more often then what the law of averages would normally support..

Having said all that there is a kind of Numerology in the Bible... With numbers 3, 7, 40 and others appearing time and time again over the books..

Countless types of divination (fortune telling) exist. More "new age" bs. Just because the suffix [b]-ology[/b] is there does not make it legit. Why can’t numbers be just numbers?

If it’s not science, it’s superstition.

It's definitely interesting. I assume we're talking Pythagorean numerology? I can get out my book later and see if there's anything significant to that.
