What’s your opinion on this ?

pray A LOT, many hours per day....Through long prayer fear of demons gradually lessens your soul strangthens and eventually it goes away, but must devote a lot of time to God/prayer.. I have had demonic attacks my whole life and was terrified, saw them during sleep paralysis, didn't know what to do...then found out the more hours you pray the more power you get/draw from God against them...

That's news. I had hoped I helped you all the times we talked.

Read the Bible and you will see that demons can't physically attack a follower of Christ. They can try to tempt you and give you bad thoughts so you'll be depressed, and try to bring you down, and also try to draw you away from God, but that's it. You can get good advice from others as long as you choose the right people. But asking advice from just anyone, won't get you very far, as they will tell you the wrong thing. When in doubt, turn to God's Word. It will never lead you astray nor down the wrong path. It has the answers to our questions in life. It is our roadmap for life.

God's Word just wants us to be aware of spiritual things like this, that's all. Not to fear, but to be aware. We should know whom our spiritual enemy is. Not to fight him, but so we can resist the devil's temptations.

Demons doesn’t necessarily mean actual demon form it can just mean certain subjects, triggers are the things that haunt your mind and hound some to despair sometimes.

Yes i would agree, there are people who blame demons for everything bad they do and they are doing it in an attempt to avoid responsibility for their actions..

But i am also a person who believes in demons and believes they have possessed people and caused them to do evil things.. I believe this is rare but it has happened..

I believe if one believes Jesus ( accepts all his teachings ) and trusts in the Atonement He secured by His sacrificial death on the cross, Then one will be indwelled by The Holy Spirit and as such will be a temple of God ( The Holy Spirit is God ) And i believe the Holy Spirit will never share it's Temple with a demon.. So i believe a true follower of the LORD Jesus is immune from demonic possession..

As for your strong religious beliefs and cutting everyone else off in regard to religious beliefs..

I stick to my beliefs and avoid becoming a follower of other religous people, In the end one can only Trust in God.. But i do concede that God at times can work through other people who will put forward a religous belief or bring forth a legitimate teaching that is contrary to a belief i currently hold as true.. So while i am confident i am on the right path in the Way i am also willing to consider thoughts from other people in relation to doctrine especially when they are firmly backed up by scripture..

Metaphorically speaking the word "Demons" does sound extreme. Yet its just a way of one quantifying the level of his / her level of Stress / Stressors.

From an objective point of view I can see you believe in God, but have difficulty believing others believe in demons .

I think it all gets down to 'what helps us through'.

Maybe they need to believe it's demons because if they believed it was part of themselves - it might be too much to bear?
Maybe they feel they can rid of a demon - but trying to conceive to get rid of part of themselves is too much ?

I prefer cool ass sexy demons in an Isekai anime.

I can't provide any evidence for other-than-human spirits, but I've seen evidence myself. I was personally present when a friend of mine became possessed by a being made of pure negativity, a "demon" if you will.

But I don't always attribute to such symptoms to literal demons. Occam's razor and all that.
