Because if God loves me, and doesn't want me to suffer in whatever eternal punishment is there for people who don't think he's real, why wouldn't he want to show me incontrovertible evidence of his existence? @Axeroberts Gravity is a law created by Newton to explain why things fall. God may have created the natural world. Why things fall is a mystery. Newton said it is gravity and we believe him. I don't.

@Axeroberts God never revealed anything about the mysterious natural world to us. We observed it and invented our explanations about its nature. It's like forming opinions about each other based on observation and experience. Scientific knowledge is a body of opinions about what we are and what our world is.

@sree251 well it came from somewhere. It obviously exists. So for people who already believe in God they see it as His creation. Not the other way around. Although I still find it as compelling evidence

@Axeroberts I am not denying that the natural world came from somewhere but it is not anything close to what science says about it. The atheist swallows everything science says. Therefore, science, which is a body of beliefs called knowledge, is their religion.

Beliefs, that have no practical value, are useless and even harmful superstitions. Atheists have many harmful superstitions that are not scientifically established. They are not proven theories but fancy extrapolations of assumptions. Atheists are not serious scientists but laymen who need assurance that their religion of science is the one true faith.
