Too bad it doesn't make the user fair to everybody.

damaging skin kind of evil

Probably to lighten the skin. Or to bleach out freckles or age spots. Now you can take a natural remedy to do that.

It’s okay to bleach out freckles or age spots but if one is naturally wheatish or brown then, personally speaking, I reckon one should take it as a compliment from God. @cherokeepatti

what is fairness cream?
TheSentinel · M
@Jenny1234 I was wondering the same thing
Fertilization · 36-40, F
@Jenny1234 Skin lightening creams.
Jenny1234 · 51-55, F
@Fertilization okay I see. My girlfriend and her cousins use those and she uses a bleach cream on her unwaxed bikini area. She’s gorgeous just the way she is. I don’t get it

@Beatbox34 It is definitely based upon insecurity about attractiveness, which affects both genders. It was particularly ironic the mention that the same industry where directors criticized some actors for endorsing those creams, yet still won’t cast darker complexioned actors for their projects.

@bijouxbroussard Exactly. It is irony. The saddest part is the woman who left the contract took a fat paycheck at the end of the day. They say they didn't want to endorse it but did it anyway.
