Why is ginger hair now so popular? I used to get bullied for my hair colour

I personally have always been a fan of redheads, regardless of any current trends. When I was young, my first girlfriend was a redhead, and she was gorgeous. Maybe this has tainted my view of redheads in a positive light, but I think redheads are lovely!

Ah but how many of the 'redheads' you see these day are 'real redheads' and not just 'bottle gingers'? I don't know enough about the genetics to say if there's been a substantive increase in the genetics for being a redhead or not.

I'm not redhead - now I'm mostly grey but my natural colour is dark brown. My first ex partner was a mousey almost redhead naturally. My second ex partner has very dark brown hair (going grey a bit now - ha ha).

I do remember people with ginger hair getting a hard time at school. Sorry that happened to you.

Bullied because they were jealous, that is all and sorry you went through that.
