Like, what, do they think I can't be articulate and write professionally on my own? 🤨

Sweetie, it's more prevalent these days, which is why people ask. Take it as a compliment. What they're really asking is 'Wow, this is good. Is this the level of that programme? Can it do the same to my emails?'

@CassandraSissy I personally like to kid myself that I am a writer of some ability, so I find it deeply insulting that someone thinks I had to have the robot do my writing.
