My hope is that it'll be proven out over time that AI use led to a huge loss in creativity and critical thinking skills im the workforce. And as dead internet theory proves to be true- and it's recognized that LLMs are being fed incorrect data more and more due to bots online- AI data will become less and less reliable/relied upon.
Besides I believe in my heart of hearts we're all heading for "The Crash" [global economic/technologic collapse] anyway.

AI is entirely dependent on human thought. It's origin is human thought. So, no. However, like the new "machines" during the Industrial Revolution overhauled society and human placement in society, AI will do the same. Like that prior transformation, it won't be easy on humans, there will be violence, and the deed will be done... no matter what.

Yes, which will eventually create the quandary of meeting the basic needs of populations that have been rendered obsolete as fewer people are employed/employable. We’re already seeing the beginnings of it, and it’s only going to get worse for people.
