I'm beyond USSBBW

I been fat my whole life, but in the last 10 years, I get fatter and fatter.

A few years ago I get immobile, and from them I only gainer more weight.

I'm trying to lose weight to save my life, but looks like something impossible right now

You can do this..you CAN . You will probably need to lose a bit to get to a weight qualified for gastric bypass. For me, I recently was told my A1c blood sugars were creeping into type 2 diabetes range😔 My sister has type 1 and it is a mean disease. You have to limit carbs at every meal and now she has neuropathy pain. But I decided I did not want to start meds for my elevated sigar so they said I can try to lower it through diet. So now I just eat a smaller dinner..but still a food i like. And I only eat 2 treats a week..before I ate 4 or 5 a week. In 2 months I have lost 10 pounds. Just from simply lessening my dinner portion and 2 treats only a week. The other nights I have a mini Hershey dark. So this is doable ALexia..just some minor adjustments each week lowering calories. You are WORTH so much life and have a full life ahead....you GOT THIS!!!!!

Try to start by mentally sorting out your morals. Really think about why you eat food and turn to it with a true, honest look before it is too late

Second, you can save your life. Have hope. If you can learn to sort your morals out so that you love your health before you love good taste (and not that fake emotional sort it out for the moment where ya feel bad for a bit but I mean a full, whole hearted change), then next step is to have full hope to change

Third, come up with a plan of action. Do NOT take it as rigid but an outline. You have to have minimum requirements

Fourth. Consider help. In this stupid society, people will arrest someone from stopping you if you don't consent. You're at a point where if you don't seek this yourself and you're not well enough to make good choices, they'd rather support you over someone fighting with you to save you from yourself. Get someone you trust on board who is serious. Someone who is not scared to hold you back that you will not sabotage. Someone who is committed to the cause and knows that there will be days where you wanna quit. And be a good patient and let them take control wherever you are weak. Family is best at times for this. If not, really pray and find someone you think may fit this role the best

I hope you have the best of journeys. You are not alone. I hope you make it out

Alexia, it is not too late. Every journey begins with making the first step. It will require eating healthier and exercising.

Listen to what others are saying here. God is there and will help you.

Start with your primary care physician. You are still young---hope the best for you and sorry for your pain

I wish you luck in trying to lose weight. You can do it. That big does sound cool though.

can you see a doctor through telehealth? that may be your first step
therighttothink50 · 56-60, M
Start slowly by walking every day if you are able, you can’t expect to succeed overnight, set monthly goals and build on it.

You will probably need surgical intervention
Wishing you the very best

If you can, you need to consult your doctor and see how they can help you lose the weight

Try drinking water and coffee and long walks

Your doctor can help

You are not beyond but you need to start to get your health on track.

Can you have a telephone appointment with your doctor?
