Is it too late to start moisturizing at 45?

No it is not too late.

I would recommend this product specifically. Doesn't smell like anything, not greasy, etc.

Only downside is it has to be bought online.

Make sure it is the lotion, I do not know how well the gel one works.
There is also "shea butter" but that stuff is greasy.
