@Catastrophe Honestly, part of it is age--older guys often have low hanging sagging balls and ball sacks...there is also the issue of arousal--as we get more and more aroused and close to ejaculation our balls rise up tight...and then there are guys on testosterone whose balls shrink and are very tight!!! And then there is temperature--they are designed to keep the balls at the same cooler temp, so if too hot or cold they rise or fall...
