The problem with getting the dream body is keeping it. I was training and teaching Karate for 30 years. I had the body like jean-claude-van damme. But i had to work out 3 times a week and did 2 classes a day.

I'd feel more confident and free. I would be more comfortable to be naked most likely.

Younameit · F

No. I have always been happy with my body. My wife wanted bigger breasts, and she finally got them after giving birth. It didn't change her at all.

I’m pretty fit and have been for my entire adult life
It does give me a sense of reward because I know how consistent I’ve been with my dedicate work for it
I’m pretty happy with my body the way it is, to be honest.
Degbeme · 70-79, M
I would hope it wouldn`t. But I don`t see me ever having one

Not the true core person I am within.
However, good fitness, diet, and the efforts towards them, can help your mindset health
In a way definitely ,but not entirely as a person .My core values and beliefs would still remain unchanged.
