For women - if you're bi or lesbian how did you 'figure out' that was your sort of preference?

I've never felt even the slightest physical attraction to a man. Loving other girls (one girl in particular) always seemed completely natural to me. The only complicated part was dealing with other peoples' negative reactions.

am straight and did start sex at 14 , till 16 no contact with any girl sexually but from 16 to 22 i had so many sexual encounter with girls due to situation , no doubt i love some of them but never feel that much urge which i always feel for a man , from 23 to till date am 32 now , no contact with any girl physically never feel the urge also even by got chance to do

@crownedwithlaurel97 I didn't say you're wrong. Many people believe that even though we are defined as male or female by gender at birth we don't have pre-determined 'opposite sex' sexual attraction pre-wired. I don't think there is any type of attraction pre-wired and that it depends on early childhood experiences to create those neural linkages. Most children are born into man/woman couple families but as as babies we have no idea what 'intimacy' means or 'sexual attraction' is.
