As long as you have the enthusiasm, energy, good health, ability to take care of ownself, then not just 32, even 52 is considered young. It all depends on how much you love yourself and how well you body and mind function. But 32 is still young, I am young 😆
Generally, it's young but it's definitely too old for professional sports or dancing and makes one feel old when doing stuff people normally do when they're younger, like enrolling the standard class in college or taking standard driving classes.

Old age begins somewhere in your seventies. Though society begs differently.
There are exceptions.
Mick Jagger, 80, was old in my youth. And Keith Richard was never young.
