Why is lust so overpowering for men than love .

Women seem to want more for connection in my experience. Men seem to... Some at least don't desire for a deep connection. Therefore it becomes this sort of transactional thing where they dont ever relax and develop that connection.

Then again, maybe he is trying to devwlop a connection but beneath it all, he's just an exhaustive mess with messed up principles.

Its a poor situation to be in. I know, I've been a pretty terrible bf and it took years to stop arguing over everything and to just relax and enjoy another persons company and experiences. Thats a skill in its own I think.

In a society where men are told not to open up, not to feel sad and to man up because not doing those are an "ick" or not manly the emotional affection they show is replaced by something more physical. He might not know how to be emotionally intimate since that sort of thing has been discouraged all his life. Id talk to him about this and maybe start initiating more casual intimacy. Like hugging into him as he watches tv or plays games, compliment him more, men dint get enough compliments. You'll gradually condition gim into more varied and emotional intimacy and be happier for it.

Gemini guys are hard to understand. First they want one thing, then they want something completely different the next. Geminis chop and change like the wind. I prefer a guy who likes to hold on to the status quo, like my Cancerian boyfriend does. And he doesn't emotionally exhaust me or physically use me, he genuinely loves me and cares about me.
