A fighter, a destroyer, gazing at a star,
Surviving battles, both near and far.
A fighter, a destroyer, seeking out the fight,
In dreams, he sees his enemies take flight.
Enemies defeated, in cells they were confined,
Their bodies burned and their minds left behind.
A fighter, a destroyer, peering at the stars,
Through dreams of foes who vanished, no longer behind bars.
Empty sights of missiles, waiting for their aim,
In the finite library of dreams, a thrilling game.
War and dreams, both limited in time,
But who is the enemy when seeking in dreams we climb?
A map on display, a crimson dot shining bright,
Turbines switching, a swift reversal, taking flight,
Engines warming, fuel supply in full flow,
A fighter, a destroyer, charging forward, ready to go.
And still, there are enemies, foes of his foes,
A fighter, a destroyer, where starlight glows.
In that flashing, primary, red dot's gleam,
A collection of new dreams, waiting to be seen.

Nearly everyone only puts one plant in a pot -.wjen often they can look more like a still life if you combine them with others.

@OogieBoogie no but I started this when going thru the garden section at Walmart. lol They have a large display of that kind of small, lovely greenery. Nothing that flowered but just unique and varied leaf patterns. A low cost, earthy display for inside the home.

I love photography - but having been doing scant photography for some time now. I've been trying to work on my photography blog to involve myself again. Something on the back burner I've been meaning to get to is scanning some of my grandfather's photographs to give in memory of his love for photography.

I'm having a go at making a very complex paper automaton from a kit that I bought online.
I've nearly buggered it up twice and I'm only half-way through.
