I think it'd frighten a feral cat.

@AntisocialTroll it was a feral cat. Born on the neighbor’s patio underneath a pile of crap that he leaves out there. The mother abandoned it when it was young. I tried to catch it after it got in the backyard and he’d hiss and growl and run away.

@cherokeepatti Lol, I don't mean the one you were feeding! We must've been writing our replies at the same time, when I said I didn't believe the cat was really feral I meant the one in the picture.

@AntisocialTroll they are living in the rocks, yes they are feral. They were cautious about taking the food but smelled it and ate it eventually.

that is cute. good for you for feeding them. I feed them too. and the possums, the rooster, the raccoon, you name it.

Never had a problem feeding feral cats. In fact my current cat was feral for two years before I took her in.
Another feral cat I even managed to take to a vet. He was attacked by coyotes and managed to live. Badly hurt though. Couldn't take him in because he didn't get along with my other cat.
That cat was hunting rabbits before I started to feed him. 😆

I have one of those in my backyard. A cat I mean.

@Ambroseguy80 Never thought of putting the food on a remote-operated battery toy car and sending it their way. That was a really good idea.

@cherokeepatti nope. I didn’t think of doing that either.

I'm in awe at the creativity.
I see they come from near and far.
