Those bastards smelled the cat food and swarmed! Let me be clear, they rolled in like they were crossing a river in south America! They weren't there... then they were! They caught the smell on a draft and chased that shit down!! We've had them...

I had them in my garden once, when my son was a baby. My mother had come over and was helping me and she STEPPED into their nest!!! They were up the legs of her pants in NO time...and the ONLY thing I could do for her was get her into the shower to hose her off, and then carefully!!! Brush them out of her clothes!!!

A product called AMDRO works great. If you can find the nest just sprinkle the granules around it
early morning or early evening. There will be a huge pile of ant bodies outside the hole by morning.
