There an app that will help you get over your arachnophobia

It works by showing you a cartoon spider and slowly morphing into a more and more realistic spider.

Idk. The cartoons seem scarier but maybe thats just me lol

those apps never worked for me, it was when i was alone in the house and rlly angry that day to be scared of a spider so i just took the vacuum cleaner and my phobia was gone forever
