But did you ever read Mr. Popper's Penguins? Wonderful wonderful children's book a teacher read aloud to my class. Apparently many years later it was made into a loosely-based movie, but I would read the great book first.
Another possibility is InformalPenguin, but I don't know if you see yourself as an informal type.
