People are so cruel to animals

nothing is more cruel than people who buy pets and domesticate/anthropomorphize them to the point that they forget how to behave like their own species, then confine them to a small cage in their tiny backyards or the inside of their house all day.
People with dogs that bark all day and night should be barred from ever owned a pet (dogs mostly bark when they want attention and/or are suffering anxiety)

If cats and dogs had opposable thumbs, many would likely commit suicide to escape the misery inflicted by their owners...🤔
