I have a questiom about where dogs came from

I know most websites say either they were domesticated from wolves or they just dnt know, but these are the same people/scientists that say humans came from monkeys, what do you all think ?

Scientists do not say that humans came from monkeys. All living species of primates came from common ancestors, but humans did not descend from monkeys.

I think you have been misinformed.
Over the next few billion years, single-celled organisms fused and became multicellular; body plans diversified and radiated, exploding into an array of invertebrates. Yet all this abundance and life was restricted to the seas, and a vast and bountiful land sat unused. Around 530 million years ago, there is evidence that centipede-like animals began to explore the world above water. Somewhere around 430 million years ago, plants and colonized the bare earth, creating a land rich in food and resources, while fish evolved from ancestral vertebrates in the sea. It was another 30 million years before those prehistoric fish crawled out of the water and began the evolutionary lineage we sit atop today.
ALL LIFE CAME FROM THE SEA..

{@thundereryflame] 🤷‍♂️ do not where dogs evolved from really . 🤔what i do not get or understand how they have evolved to so many different breeds

Scientists have been able to review the DNA of domesticated dogs and wolves and found commonalities that show domesticated dogs broke off from wolves thousand of years ago, likely due to bonding with early humans, and formed their own generations and genetic line.
@SumKindaMunster probably like this:

My thoughts are wondering what scientists you've been listening to, because I don't know any biologist who says we descended from monkeys...

Monkeys are closer to lemurs than to humans.

Humans did evolve from monkeys. When did you drop out of school, fourth grade?

@Havesomefun2 Apes, monkeys, same concept. You’re just splitting semantic hairs.
Havesomefun2 · 56-60, M
@RedBaron ment to say pigs which are a closer match but hey it’s all in the past we are what we are
RedBaron · M
@Havesomefun2 You should have said MEANT, but your spelling skills apparently are on the same level as your logic.

@Kobrassky If there exists complete mappings of genomes for dogs and wolves a simple comparison would easily show common descent if it exists.

Despite the ravings of the intelligent design community, descent from a common ancestor is easily demonstrable genetically.
