Australia's Federal government lists koalas as endangered in NSW, Queensland and ACT

Why are Koalas now endangered?
Prolonged drought, the Black Summer bushfires, disease and habitat loss over the past 20 years.
Successive Governments are too frightened to go against the industries that are destroying Koala habitat.
The Mining Industry and the Logging Industry donate huge amounts of money to both Political Parties thus ensuing land clearing of Koala habitat continues at a break neck speed.
Shame on both Political Parties who have overseen the destruction of the forests where the Koalas live.
Koalas will become extinct because of pathetic Politicians

Koala's habitat is a very delicate balance of food and water. They're not like many animals that can roam larger distances for food or water. Koala's sleep about 20 hours a day and it gives then about an hour to eat a certain kind of gum leaf, find water and go on dates with other Koala's. Humans aren't helping at all.

@SW-User Ah it is nice to be a koala and sleep for 23 hours and eat and have sex in the remaining one hour 😍

@Gusman Yeah. They call destroying nature progress, but call destroying buildings vandalism... we've got no hope.
