Likely it will leave you alone. They prefer to keep to themselves and their webs.

Scoop it up with a piece of paper, into a mug, and then release it outside. That's what I usually do.

What is it with people hating spiders? I have plenty of em and webs too in my house. The don't bother me; I just sweep them away. 😄

I use a vacuum sweeper to suck them up in the bag. They don't go in looking pretty.

Once I had to lift the vacuum off the ground to reach the spider on the ceiling and the spider shot out on the floor instead of going up in the bag. It didn't have any legs because the brushes tore them all off
